really great stay, we were there for 7 days. had a satisfactory breakfast, a stylish room with a magnificent view of the ocean. the location was favourable, at a short distance from tulum beach. the restaurant was located within 400 feet.

We had the most very nice few days there. The hotel was huge, with attentive staff and best possible location right on the beach. The room was fashionable & brand-new together with Oceanfront or oceanview and 2 queen beds, as example.

This petite hotel offers lots of brand-new rooms.

Overall it was the best stay at the same time. All the staff were perfect and we felt safe. The room was very pretty, with 1 bed.

The stay was relaxing. The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a stunning area, not far from the beach of the venue as well as restaurants. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The place was fairly clean with a respectful staff. I slept so comfy in the cozy bed. New facilities and the pool was covered...

We loved that original hotel. Exceptionally comfortable bed, big size bathroom and an individual safe and an electronic key card in the room. Pleasant staff and everything great.

Room was perfect and nice styled, and breakfast was healthy.

Facilities were fantastic, even so Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Very lovely experience there. I truly enjoyed that hotel's lobby was bright. Everyone who worked there was cordial.

It was really fairly clean and business hotel, recommend. I loved the venue, it had very good staff and drinks. Swimming pool & amazing bar.

As for me, the area was poor.

Super staff, special service, welcoming and fully-equipped room. The continental breakfast had many options, including cereal, hot waffles, eggs and muffins. Tidy and perfect hotel in Zona Hotelera district. Good swimming pool was available.

Unique decor, the staff were happy to help. The location was unique, not too far from iklab art center. Delightful view, a great balcony, large bed, too. The staff did all they can for a fine stay. Food was fine, especially bangers, eggs, cereal, hot waffles and muffins for breakfast. Swimming pool in the hotel was nice.

Comfy location, well priced, pet-friendly room and so efficient staff. Our room was big size and exceptionally clean. We had a delicious breakfast, it was included. The swimming pool was lovely.

Wonderful relaxing hotel, really kind staff, new room, nice size bathroom. The restaurant was terrific and my meal was fantastic. I truly enjoyed staying at this location - beachfront position. Really unforgettable stay in the perfect area.

Communication was challenging, wi-fi was very poor.

Pleasant stay in a special hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed a magnificent location, very pretty rooms and affable staff. Absolutely stunning view of street. Food, provided there was very tasty!

Nothing beats being in Amansala. Beautiful location of the hotel, free parking, beds were comfortable. For evening meal I visited Posada Margherita, since it was really close to the venue.

Personnel was great, location was Awesome. Posada Margherita is walking distance to the hotel. Zona Hotelera district deserves your attention...
